KIDS PARTIES

We would like to thank you for choosing Popeye Village as your venue for your kids party. We are grateful to provide you with a proactive and professional service however here under please find the company’s policies which one has to adhere to.

1.     Parents can bring along some sweets for children’s parties but no other snacks, sandwiches and drinks will be allowed.

2.     In Jump around area no children will be allowed without socks.

3.     If children invited have to leave early or come late you will still be charged the whole price per child.

4.     Packages which include entrance to film set (A, C, D) one parent is to accompany a child. Others that want to enter the film set with the party are to pay an entrance fee of €5.

5.     Restaurants and play areas are not exclusive unless exclusivity fee is paid.

6.     Regardless of when your booking was placed, if for any reason you cancel your reservation your deposit is non refundable.

7.     The company is not responsible for children or parents that do not follow Party attendants 2.5 hour programme by going around on their own, taking photos etc.

8.     Our events are based on a time schedule. You must stick to the time allotted during your booking. Late starts will not be given time on the end.

9.     Poppers and confetti are restricted from the area.

10.  Childrens belongings are not the company’s responsability.

11.  Unless advised, we are not responsible of any food allergies.

12.  If minimums are not met, difference is to be paid.

13.  Seating is reserved only for kids, no seating is left reserved for parents.

14.  Program of activities is planned by the Popeye Team according to availability and package.

15.  Duration of the party is that of 2 hrs 30 minutes.

16.  Children under 3 must be accompanied by an adult.

17.  Your child's safety is our main concern. We reserve the right to change the location of the party or cancel due to very bad weather or high winds.

18. Tickets bought are not refundable
