Popeye Village – Online Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket online, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Ticket Validity

All tickets are valid for a single entrance on the selected date. Tickets might be transferred to another date due to sickness or change of travel plans, kindly send an email to info@popeyemalta.com to request the change.

  1. Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  1. Booking Processing Time

Last-minute bookings require a minimum of 10 minutes to be processed and registered in the system. Visitors are advised to book in advance to avoid delays at entry.

  1. Entry Requirements

We do not send Tickets/QR codes by email. Visitors are required to present a valid booking confirmation (digital or printed) upon arrival. Management reserves the right to refuse entry if ticket validation cannot be confirmed. Proof of age might be required to present (original or digital) Last entry is 30 min prior to closing time.

  1. Safety & Conduct

The use of drones is strictly prohibited within the premises. Visitors must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by staff at all times.

  1. General Conditions

Popeye Village reserves the right to amend operating hours, close certain areas, or modify attractions due to weather conditions, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. Failure to comply with these terms may result in denied entry or removal from the premises without refund.
